Making Success Attractive
We are dedicated to supporting individuals aged 10-24 in achieving academic success and planning their life pathways. With engaging programs held three to four times a week at our Main Site and Satellite Sites, we provide the resources and guidance needed for a THRIVING future. Youth Leadership Cohort
Our youth face real-life challenges and need solutions. After 33 hours of training, participants will earn certification in Health, Smoke and Vape Prevention, and Overdose Prevention. Let’s equip the next generation with the skills to navigate challenges and promote their well-being!
Rise Up Collective
We understand that your 20s can be challenging, and we're here to provide a space for self-exploration. Join us to become a certified peer specialist and empower yourself while supporting others their journey.

Welcome to EGT – where we believe in the power of exploration! We provide youth with opportunities to step outside their zip code and discover the endless possibilities that await them.
